We would like to sincerely thank the entire clinic for their support and professionalism throughout our journey. From the very first moment, we felt supported, listened to, and never left alone. A special thanks goes to Martina, who assisted us with great availability and kindness at every stage of the journey, and to Dr. Lugo and Dr. Boninu for their expertise, humanity, and attention. Even when the first attempt didn't go as we hoped, they encouraged us not to give up and guided us with great professionalism to continue our dream. Today we found out that the treatment went well, and our joy is immense. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their availability, kindness, and attention. I'm on a wonderful journey with them, which I haven't finished yet. But I want to say that you feel at home with them. I especially want to thank Sara Maturi, who is indispensable to me, always available and kind. It's as if I've found support in her, and anyone who goes through these journeys knows how important that is. I also want to thank Dr. Casas, who is helpful and professional. And in general, all the nurses and all the staff, who always have a smile and a caress to reassure you. I don't know how it will go, but I want to tell you that I have chosen well with whom to undertake this journey.

My wife and I started ROPA fertility treatment last year, and today we have our beautiful daughter, who is almost four months old. It was a process where we retrieved many eggs, about 12, of which 8 fertilized—a good number for me. However, upon further analysis, only one embryo was found to be healthy. It was truly devastating news, but thanks to the excellent work of the medical and nursing team, only that one embryo was needed, and now we are mothers. We are very grateful to Dr. Maria Jesus Saiz; she is wonderful, and also to the entire nursing, reception, and administrative staff. Everyone has been incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process.

I had the best experience with Fertilab, they assisted me with freezing my eggs 3 years ago. I had 6 mature frozen eggs. This year at the age of 40, I contacted the clinic to help me with the IVF treatment. My partner and I was a bit anxious as we know we have a limited number of eggs and a lower chance of sucess. From devitrification and fertilisation we managed to get 3 embryos, one was transferred and two is frozen. I have now got 2 positive beta hcg tests from the first transfer. We are so happy and grateful with our Doctor Ana Casas and her assistant Miriam. We followed the Doctor strict schedule and guidance. I had 100 questions for Miriam, but she kindly replied to each one. We are also grateful for the embryologist who took care of our embryos and happily gave us a video with our embryo development. The 2 nurses who took my blood tests were very loving and kind. My impression is that the clinic uses the best technology and highly qualified and experienced experts in the field. Thank you Doctor Casas and the Fertilab Team for everything and I keep my fingers crossed for my pregnancy journey for the next 8 months. But Fertilab executed their part brilliantly.

I went through IVF last year with the help of Dr. Mancini, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She gave us confidence and compassion through the process, and the staff and medical coordinator were always very friendly and helpful. I just gave birth to a healthy baby girl. I couldn’t have done it without Fertilab!

Very good 👍 I did my egg freezing here in April 2025 and the doctor (Dr. Boninu) here was so experienced with a very upbeat, positive, warm spirit which reassured me a lot. I ended up with great results, especially with a surprisingly high mature rate which showed the control protocol was given effectively without OHSS. And we were able to communicate in English and quite a few docs and nurses here can speak fluent French as well. The price was very reasonable, great value. Their service was very kind and attentive. They never gave me pressure on the time to make a payment and also kindly let me choose the best package working for me after the first round of procedure. Very grateful for their humane approach.

Where to start? I am so unbelievably grateful and lucky to have been followed under the care of Dr Moffa. Thanks to her expertise, I am now 20 weeks pregnant. I am also very thankful to Dr Mancini for her help and to Lola for the great liaison. But above all, it was the sense of being part of a family that I so loved about Fertilab. Everyone was kind, supportive and highly competent. I didn’t feel that I was followed in a ‘clinical way’ as is so often the case in a medical environment, but instead I was followed with warmth, care and was given a treatment that was tailored to the needs of my body. I miss them all as without them, I wouldn’t be carrying the miracle that is growing inside of me now. I can not recommend Fertilab highly enough.

I want to thank Doctor Priscilla and Laura, Paula, Lola for an amazing care I got at the clinic. They all made me super comfortable during my sucessful IUI insemination. I underwent a fertility preservation (egg freezing) procedure with Fertilab and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it. The team is extremely competent and friendly, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. This meant a lot especially considering I was doing the procedure alone (without a partner). A big thank you to Dr. Moffa and the team!

The fertility journey is a very sensitive one, especially if you've only just started to dig into it and are trying to understand what you want with your body as a female. Such was my case. On top of trying to find out what fertility clinics even could even do for me, I was not able to attend fertility clinics in my own country. I therefore needed to get familiar with a different way of working and a new medical staff and system abroad. From my very first point of contact with Fertilab, the entire staff has been incredibly supportive and responsive with me. After a few intake questions asked by the patient assistant, he/she guides you to a medical assistant. In my case, I was assigned to the international medical assistance team. Any question and doubt I had were always responded to with care and kindness. And believe me, I had MANY. About the medication, the costs, the possible side effects, the procedures, the admin stuff, my travel and stay etc. I was able to talk to my doctor for a first intake online, then traveled to the clinic to get the necessary scans and blood work done. From thereon, things went fast and within the next cycle I was put on medication. No waiting lines, no heavy administration. The check-ups at the clinic were always punctual and clear. Again, any questions asked were answered very transparently. Fertilab is a small clinic that is very personalized and makes you feel at home! I would like to give a huge thanks to Dr. Andrade and her wonderful staff of nurses and assistants, to my caring and reassuring coordinator Miriam and to the patient assistant Manuel. I would recommend this clinic to any woman trying to figure out her fertility journey.

I recently received medical treatment at Fertilab Barcelona and I am beyond impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease fromthe moment i walked in. The doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and thorougly explained all of my treatment options, ensuring I was fully informed every step of the way. I am so grateful for the positive experience I had and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of prefessional gynecological treatment.

The doctors and staff at Fertilab were very attentive and kind. They were responsive via email and by telephone and answered all my questions regarding the IVF and administratif procedures. My medical assistant Clara (and her colleagues) were genuinely warm and caring people and saw me through the process with much support and encouragement. If there is one criticism of Fertilab I have to make is that I was not extremely impressed with their onsite presentation (cold exams rooms, a bit of a long wait time at the clinique, professionalism of staff who greeted me) which seemed a bit too casual and not up to the quality I expected. It was perhaps due to the fact that I had my procedure done on a Saturday. But overall, everyone was kind and the procedure was a terrific success. We are happy to have a baby boy with us today thanks to Fertilab.
