I recently had a small surgery as an outpatient at GYNEM Clinic, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. My online consultation and surgery were arranged very quickly by my coordinator, Katerina, who was always kind, helpful, and prompt in answering all of my questions. On the day of the procedure, Oxana assisted me and was equally supportive and caring. I was very impressed with the clinic itself, and all of the staff members I encountered. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were professional and friendly throughout my visit. Overall, I had a very positive experience with GYNEM Clinic and would highly recommend their services.

After researching and speaking with numerous clinics across different countries, we chose Gynem primarily due to the clarity of their website and, most importantly, the exceptional support provided by our coordinator, Oxana. From our first contact, she was proactive, highly communicative, and consistently responsive. No question was ever too small, and we received prompt, thorough replies — often even outside clinic hours. During our initial visits, we immediately felt comfortable and well cared for. Our preliminary tests were completed efficiently, with results delivered by email within 24 hours. We then met with Dr. Wasikova, who clearly explained all medical aspects of the treatment and addressed our questions with professionalism and care, supported throughout by Oxana. Once treatment began, communication remained excellent, with regular updates and guidance. The egg retrieval process was handled with great kindness and reassurance by the clinical team. Despite occasional language barriers with some staff, there was always someone available to provide clear explanations and support. Following retrieval, we greatly appreciated the consistent daily updates. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. During the embryo transfer, Oxana’s continued presence and support made the experience smooth and reassuring. We are sincerely grateful for the outstanding care and communication provided by Oxana and the entire team.

We would honestly recommend Gynem to anyone. The service we received was perfect from beginning to end. Communication was exceptional, Oxana is truly a credit to the team. She was our coordinator and answered everything clearly and to the full, responding at lightning speed. We had a few nerves about travelling to Prague for IVF but once at the clinic we felt right at home. We are so pleased we chose Gynem. We cannot thank Gynem Fertility Group enough for the exceptional advice, guidance, support, and care we received throughout our IVF journey. From start to finish the process was smooth, transparent, and far more affordable than we had expected without compromising on quality. We also suffered from elevated NK cells, and the team guided us carefully through the right treatments to give us the best chance of success. Our international client coordinator, Oxana, was truly amazing – always positive, reassuring, and quick to respond. We had an amazing experience at Gynem. Our first medicated round there was not successful in leading to a pregnancy however the service we experienced was exceptional and we felt more than prepared to return for our second round there. We opted for Natural IVF the second time round with the warm support of Dr Cabela which was a success! Oxana was our coordinator for both rounds. Her communication and support has been exceptional, clear and timely. The clinic environment is welcoming and you can feel that the team’s best interest is in helping you to successfully reproduce. I’m now almost 27 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, and everything is going wonderfully! It took us some time to write this review because we truly struggled to find the right words to express how grateful we are for the experience we had from the very first day we met Oxana, our coordinator, in Prague. My partner has been through the IVF process in several countries, but having the same journey at Gynen clinic was, without a doubt, the most successful and positive experience we’ve had. Great Experience at Gynem Clinic We had our first visit and initial tests at Gynem Clinic and were really impressed. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well organized. The staff were professional, kind, and made us feel welcome from the start. Everything was explained clearly, and the team took time to answer our questions, which really helped put us at ease. Thank You Gynem! Thank you so much. After 7 unsuccesful IVF trials in different countries we took our last chance and went to Gynem in Prague. And now my wife is pregnant! Since three months already. It is a wonder a miracle, a gift from god. The team of doctors were trustworthy, the procedures and clinic equipment fit our needs. The communication with client coordinator Hana Kawakami was excellent and she replied to our questions via e-mail fast and reliably. After some doubts in the beginning because of former experiences with other IVF clinics we got more and more trust in the Gynem's team while the process. We always felt good in Prague. The Golden City is not only great accessible from all over Europe and extremely beautiful but also gave each time a feeling of warmth to us.

Me and my partner have had an amazing experience with Gynem we was allocated hana as our coordinator and she has been a dream absolutely amazing from day 1 and all the doctors and staff are very professional caring compassionate helpful and supportive every step of the way in every aspect along side hana and proud to say we now have a beautiful daughter with there help and will continue to be eternally thankful for all the treatment and care we received ☺️ and we are excited to be returning next year for treatment again for our next pregnancy yous are truly amazing thank you all sooo much 💝
